Statistic Manager Password problem after upgrade from rel2.1
Dear All,
I have upgraded OXO 2.1 to 7.0 there and the statistics manager to version 5.0.0_5.04.01xx.
after this upgrade the system is working fine with normal phones and ACD setup.
the problem is with the statistics manager. In order to generate the statistic report when we try to open this software its looking for the password, i have tried kxxxxxx & hxxxxx but none of them are working.
Any solution to this problem is highly appreciated.
Best Regards,
Suresh

Do you have licenses for statistics application? For example, like on attached picture.
P.S. In R2.1 there are no ACD, ACD come from R3.x.

If you have a license for use the "Statistic Manager" the password is the same of admin user. I am using the "Statistic Manager" version 5.11.01 and the password is the same of admin user. k*******

May be somebody have changed the admin password. Try to reset the admin password through OMC to default value.
