Hi,
I am running on R9.0-H1301.35 on my OXE. I have a problem on the 4029 model phone (not tested for 4019 or 4039) which need some advice from the Guru.
Scenario:
- When a 4029 digital user dial an external number using the handfree mode and the call is answered, after the conversation for eg.~10sec and the caller is hangup using the "release" button, but the conversation duration still run for ~2sec before the display screen rollback to the menu page.
- With the same 4029 phone, the user repeat the same dialling as above and instead of using handfree, it uses the phone handset to speak and hangup, there is no delay of ~2sec and immediately the screen rollback to the menu page.
I have tested it on the analog and old eReflexes, and there is no delay problem.
I noticed that the problem seem to be present for ISDN trunks, not on NDDI trunks.
Does anyone has the same issues like me and advice me how you managed to resolve it?

Are you having any trouble while you are configuring a 4400 on site ? Share it with us, maybe someone will have the solution !

May be timer no. 325: display of audio and internal application confirmation (Activation of audio modification (headset (except when starting or answering a call), hands free (except when starting or answering a call), group listening, mute)?

I have tested the timer 325 but the issue is still present.
This issues also causes the call ticket duration to be inaccurate as there is additional of ~2 sec added to the actual conversation time.
