Questions about accounting

Hi,sorry about my enlish,hope you can got my question.
My Customer's OXE system using an external accounting software,Yesterday my customer found the accounting software couldn't receive new accounting informations.
There was some error messages display on OXE:

How do I solve this problem？

The error messages are generated on the standby CPU - I think these errors are not your problem.
Try to restart the INTERNAL_TAX process on Maincpu or reboot the OXE

For the error messages. Is the time on the main and standby the same? It seems to be that the time on your standby cpu is behind of your main cpu.

Check time.
And from my poin of view - restart stand-by CPU (without telephony) and make mastercopy (cloning).
