Callback on a virtual MLA

Hi everyone,


About the MLA feature, when you want to callback the group if it's busy, you always callback the primary MLA, and the secondary MLA keys are not aware of the call. So only the primary MLA key can answser the call.

In case of Virtual MLA set, you call back only this virtual set. It's ringing but nobody can answer the call.

Do you have any idea to solve this problem?

Hi,

When you use a hunting group, there is a field to forward the hunting group to a mail box manually in case of empty group.

When I enter the voice mail number on this field, and the group is empty, you've got the message 'call party unavailable'

Can someone tell me if he's already tested this feature ?
