Not authorised to call the pilot with DISA ???

Hi there

I couldn't call the pilot with DISA, it says "the number you've dialed is not authourised, please ask your system manager".

I can call in to the company with DISA and is able to reach to other internal extension but when I tried to call the pilot, I was prompted the above voice guide. I have checked the connection categories and it seems to be ok. Anybody has any idea about this? Please help.

In usual case you cannot dial pilot from internal set. If you want to dial pilot internally - you must create hybrid link (to another network) with two hybrid access with b-channel signaling. In this case you can dial pilot number from internal set (and maybe from DISA too).
