acivate the set without intering password

hi all
i face the problem that
when i out of service one set and then make it in service by dial the prefix it first ask my the extension number then it activated without ask me personal code (password)
so how can i activate to ask password after inter the extension number

I'd like to know this too. Some of our users have to remember many passwords, and even though we keep the set passwords as the default "0000", it would still be nice to remove this if at all possible.
