remove text mail

I am running v9.0 and am looking to remove textmail.

Where abouts would i do this and what affect would it have.

You can either do it for all/some users in Phone Features COS or disable the feature in the User config "Dial by name and text msg"

If you disable the dial by name text mail the users wont be able to search phone book.
