Does the OXE support silent intrude ?

If you manage "intrude tone" like 0-0.
But on display you will have message about intrude

Will this allow me to listen to another user on the system who is talking to an external party, without cutting off/muting the exteral caller ?

Sorry for the confussion this is on a ccs, the customer is asking if the supervisor can silently intrude ?

Supervisor has 3 ways of intruding (the choice is his after entering intrusion prefix): without being heard by both agent and remote party, being heard only by agent and being heard by both.
