OXO ground start

hello

I'm facing a strange problem on OXO.We have a APA card and 5 analog line.(Ground start signalling). The problem is when somebody calls from outside, sets are receiving the calls but when we pick up the calls we dont hear anything. On the other side, the person who is calling he is still getting the ring tone.

HELP!!!!!!!

It seems to be a problem of reverse polarity. Check the voltage and configure your trunks properly.

I was not able to seize the trunks so i reversed the pair on the BICS(tip and ring). i.e reverse polarity. I have checked the option reverse polarity in the trunk group option.

which option can it be in the trunk group.
