May be someone do it yet.so I want format it and try to upload img again,but I don't know the format command!

Are you in AOS mode or still in [MiniBoot] mode?

On AOS you enter

newfs /flash

On [MiniBoot] you enter

diskInit "/flash"

For OS6850:

thanks to all, I init it flash in miniboot and upload the file system again ,it's OK now!
