Hunt Group Overflow

Post by Alpha »

Hi all,

Business identification: R7.1

Release:
DELIVERY f5.401
Patch identification: 29
Dynamic patch identification: a

On this system i have configured several hunt groups.

Directory Number : 3444

Directory Name : ----------------
Identifier of Domain : 0
Type of Hunting Group + Local Hunting Group
Search Type + Cyclical
Release After Timer + False
Overflow Directory Number : 3445
Authorized Camp on Calls % : 0
Connection Category Id : 0
Public Network Category : 2
Call Restriction Category : 0
| Withdrawal Authorized + True

3445 is again a hunting group with overflow to 3446, another hunting group.

Directory Number : 3445

Directory Name : ----------------
Identifier of Domain : 0
Type of Hunting Group + Local Hunting Group
Search Type + Cyclical
Release After Timer + False
Overflow Directory Number : 3446
Authorized Camp on Calls % : 50
Connection Category Id : 0
Public Network Category : 2
Call Restriction Category : 0
| Withdrawal Authorized + True

Now the problem is that when a call arrives on the first group it sometimes overflows to the second one even if there are free sets in the first one.
How can this problem be resolved?

Thanks in advance for your replies!

Some more info:

It only happens with external calls and sometimes the first hunt group is skipped completely and the call goes directly to the second hunt group.
