AA programming

Dear All,
I want to remove the Switching msg ,which comes during transfer to dialed desired extn. by caller.
i have Single function AA licence.and programmed the following Timers.
AAGr Dialing :01
AAGrTransfr :01
AAtypetrf :00/02(both have been checked)

If you're refering to Alcatel voice guides you have to seek the guide before downloading the software, erase the desired guide and then format (LoLa) the OXO with this modified soft.

With this procedure you aren't downloading that guide to OXO. So, be carefull because that specific guide could be required in some other function.
