Switch doesn't boot 9related to LEDs)

Sorry for stupid question,
but I'm in trouble. I've used forum search (and google search too) but I didn't find answer

"Power off" has heppened during "reset to factory defaults".
Now LEDs indication is: bps is solid green, other LEDs are dark.
Slot indicator LED shows "0"
Console port does not respond (or shows nothing)

Could anyone help me what I can do?
Does anyone has similar experience?

Hello afterstep,

If you are sure you have the right cable and don't see anything during a powercycle, not even a small boot message, I'm afraid you switch needs to be repaired or replaced by Alcatel-Lucent. Sorry

Is it an OS6850 or OS6800? Did you upgrade the code prior to the issue? Did you do a "newfs /flash"?

It's 6850 after "reset to fatory defaults".
Console cable is (or was?) proper - it was used for reseting.
Somebody has taken power off after reseting and switch hasn't written anything into console...
