BICS install stuck on 'Starting vmUC' for about 1.5hrs...

Hello

I am running the BiCS install. At the moment, after all the parameters have been entered, and the install started, the machine is stuck on 'Starting vmUC'. Its been about 1.5 hrs. The VmOXE went in a flash and the status was 'OK'.

Its not even on the green screen where the % installed is displayed. its still on the console type screen.

I do not think its normal. Could anyone advise please. Should I wait for it or stop it. If I have to stop it, is there a procedure or will a hard power off do?

It's been a while since i've done an install but the OTUC vm is the largest and does take a long time, I can't remember how long it takes though.

OXE is only small in comparison.
