Can any body tell me how to disable the Call offer feature in the Qsig protocol in the OXE system?

Perhaps its too late, but I will answer.
The Call Offer suplementary service may invoke the service "Path Retain". It could be done without Path Retain facility, using then a invoke with "call offer request". As I know, OXE uses Path Retain in the setup message, and I have seen QSIG problems (sometimes) when the called extension is busy.
You can disable the Call Offer service, which goes inside the Path Retain invoke, just setting off the Camp-On rigths in COS>Phone Features COS.
I hope this will help you.
