Not able to load extentions over Notes

Hello

I have an issue with couple users who were configured with Lotus notes. Whe trying to run a strace, found like extentions were not getting loaded. Extentions can be loaded when traces were disabled. OUTUC on release 5.0.566 and Notes on 7.0.1.

Any suggestions will be highly appreciated.

What traces? From where?

Traces=strace and altrace
Traces were ran on the Client mechine where Lotus notes is installed. When i enble the trace and double click on the batch file, Notes will get open and can see a message "extention were not loaded, connection to server not proper". Extentions were getting loaded if traces were disabled.
