Alcatel OXe R8.0.1. and Asterisk connection with 4094Adapter

Good Afternoon All,
i have problem to connect Alcatel Oxe with Asterisk server with use 4094 S0 Adapter.
On board Asterisk I have ISDN card for 4 ( four ) ISDN connections.
If I connect directly ISDN card in Asterisk side to Public ISDN line with normal cable ( cat 5e ) and i call the public number, Asterisk answer without problems.
When i connect one ISDN access from Asterisk card to S0 adaptor 4094 ( it's work fine - i can read in service ) with use normal cable ( cat5e ) or cross cable for ISDN junction i dont work.
I create S0 and i assigned 293 internal number. When I try call with Primary access this internal number i hope that Asterisk answer, but the call is close.
Can you help me?

And why you dont post any log?
t3 on ALU side for start.
asterisk log from the other hand. (what card, is it some mISDN capable, or capi?)
With AVM Fritz! (cheap one 2B+D port) it takes like 15 minutes to connect asterisk <> a4400.
