read out the type of a connected set

Post by mozi »

how can I read out the type of a connected set. I want to know the actually connec ted set, not the programmed set. The reason: we got a enterprise network with a lot of 4029 and 4039. The user changed the set. Now I got a lot of incidents on the console:Protocol error on Alcatel 8&9 series type 13 (neqt 952). I can analyse this incident, but this I a lot of work. Maybe there is a command to check the real connected set

When you get the incident, I believe it gives you the netq number.
The netq number will give you the directory number. Just check it out, and see what the user put. It's a long process, but that's all you can do I believe..
