Hi, after reading the Alcatel doc. and compare with your configuration I found the only different thing is the Network Routing Table ........
Protocol type should be : + QSIG-GF .
u can change and test.

Have you confirmed the Alcatel SIP works at all by calling toward the Alcatel with a SIP softphone like x-lite?

Do you have SIP authentication turned off in the Alcatel SIP Proxy table? I noticed you turned it off in the External SIP Gateway.
