Alcatel OMNI PCX Documentation+ tickets

can anyone help me find or provide me the documentation for Alcatel OMNI PCX as well as tell me how to get tickets through Serial and ethernet communication. Any help would be highly appreciated. I also want to know whether tickets can be read at runtime and not after the call has completed if so how many modes for the ticket transfer exist. This is very urgent so help me out plz......

if u have some ftp server where i can upload the doc for u send me the link coming to the tickteing part the serial output is possible when u connect a 4093 v24 adapter behind the 4035 or 4020 phones and connect it to your billing software when coming to ip ticketing part i am not sure that any third party will support because i have not yet tried that option if so ill update u give me ur mail id mine is their in the forum

Charan, you havent told me about the modes of ticket transfers like can i have it in real time or not(at the end of the call only) and how many kinds of tickets are available i think the document would be covering all this. If not then plz explicitly define it.

You can have real time tickets, but ONLY after the communication ended. How would you charge a ticket on the fly if you don t know how long the conversation last ?

tell me how the hyper termianal gets the tickets in what forms....like byte format, strings, or an image.....what should be the baud rate and other configurations so that i can apply it to the C# code that i am using to get the tickets in my application.....plz can u give me a technical document for it as well or a code module built on C# that can easily communicate with the Alcatel OMNI Switch. u can mail this to me on
