The 4020 Premium Phone is program with 2 multi line whenever Line 1 is in use

Another internal caller call in using 4020 phone will hear busy tone and also the word “ busyâ€

User/ Dynamic state user - Busy Camp-on must be true.

i has set to busy camp on to true but it still not working
