FWD1 , FWD2 features on 4035

Finally I open eSR.

In routing or DID translator, it should be Attn group prefix only.
If we are using Attn physical or Attn group physical, FWD1 and FWD2 are not working.

who taught you to use ddi straight to Attendant physical or group instead of Prefix to Attendant Group??? Bad Trainer!

Workaround is to route call to an entity call prefix. Entity configured as you want.
