Cannot delete suite user

Dear All,

I have a strange pbx behaviour problem,
we cannot delete a user from mgr.
even if we use force delete.
we never set any parameter regarding suite / hotel system.
but it shown something like this when we try to delete:

and these error message below, when we review/modify that user:

│ Users: User group by PIN : Illegal attribute value (-1) │
│ │

do anyone ever encounter these kind of problem?

hi all,

just want to inform that the problem is already solve,
it turn out that the database is somehow corrupt.
we have no idea what cause it.
but it's ok now.
