Modify the hardware.mao file (/usr3/mao) to modify the
PARA_MAO 5 equal to 0.

You can see this PARA_MAO 5 in spadmin menu "Display OPS limits" as "Stand-alone" which must be equal to 0 to be able to create local hybrid link. It is free to enable local calls during ordering CCD in Actis. But you must load new hardware.mao, not just .swk file how I did once .

free or not free - it is still a licensed feature. People should not be encouraged to play with such things like paramao files if they don't understand them.

after changing this license, the hybrid link is activated, by the way this license is free it's a new license because before it didn't need license in the old release.
