Collect calls problem

I have a customer that has three Alcatel PBX in ABC network and i have follow problems:
i have a trunk groups in pbx A and when i receive one collect call of the carrier with destination to pbx B and who answer this call is a pilot or one station that is forwarding to voice mail (PBX C) doesn`t work the feature collect call.
Resume :
All the time that collect calls are answered in another nodes not happen the blocked across the feature collect call denny. All nodes have trunk groups with trunk category 28 bellow the release of version machines:
PBX A:

PBX B:
Release 4.2 d2.304-4-x-br c5s3
PBX C:
