No Broadcast on ABC-f Alcatel Oxe 6.1.1 Network

Check with command "mao", broadcast must be "on".
System/broadcast/broadcast object - check for neaded object you have "broadcast over the network" and "always taken in account".
Command "prog_diff" - may be you have many ERRLOG files.
Next - command "cleanbroad" (for hole network).

cleanbroad all

or cleanbroad -all

i don t have a lab here, and i don t remember by heart.


most of the time, if a node is not broadcasting anymore, it's because it had been disconnected somehow from the abc-f network . a 'cleanbroad all' followed by an audit shoud fix this

System/broadcast - you must have operational=yes.
System/broadcast/broadcast object - behaviour- broadcast over the network and alwayse take into account.

From R6.1, the IP/X25 tunnel must be used when one of the nodes, interconnected by the hybrid logical link, is a node with duplicated Call Server and both Call Servers on two different IP subnetworks.

You can check it under X25/Network nodes.
