Can somebody help me on how to configure the link between two OXE R.7 with TDMoip.

what is TDMoip? You mean Voice over IP (VoIP)?

TDMoip is the emulation of time-division multiplexing (TDM) over a packet switched network (PSN).Is the process of transmmiting voice in a packet form over E1,T1 or T2 line. It is similar to ISDN.

As it is an ISP protocol, no support for that on the Alcatel system. Only VOIP or Alcatel proprietary IP (ABCF over IP) networks.
