Calls on a NDDI (BCA) trunk group cuts spontaneously (APA)

Product: Alcatel OmniPCX Enterprise- Large Rack
Release: 6.0

In 50 different PBXs across the country we have the same problem, when an outgoing call is executed in a NDDI BCA trounk group using APA board sometimes the call cuts (randomsly, we haven't found a partner).

All configuration has been verified, the problem dosn't come from the carrier (when the analogic line is used out of the pbx it works fine).

We have thought that the users while talk produce some frequency similar to the on-hook tone that is causing the call cuts. We are experimenting changing the times that the on-hook tone is in silence and in pulse and alson changing the periods.

Do you have any other suggestion, some parameter that could affect in the trunk category?

The trunk category we are using is 1 (NDDI BCA).

Any suggestion??

MMhh.. One of the things I would try is to make phone calls with a buttset, to see if you have the same trouble.. If not, then the problem definitly comes from the PBX. Is it always after the same timing that the calls are being cut off, or is it random ?

At first - disable busy tone detection. System/other system param. No detection on hook tone=yes.
