Attendant Console Common Hold key

I have two attendant sets in the same attendant group. When i put them on common hold (by hitting the OnHold softkey->they are then put on hold on key13 which is common hold) i can not see that anyone is on hold on the other attendant sets common hold button. The way i read this to work is that i can put some one on common hold and all attendant sets in the group will see there is someone in common hold and any attendant in the attendant group can pickup the person on hold. What am i not doing right?? Thanks in Advance, its greatly appreciated!!!!

I"m not sure, but may be attendant must press programmed key 13 insted of soft key. And incoming call - you call individual attendant or attendant group?

When you push the key 13 nothing happens.....when you push the softkey, it moves the call to be on hold on key 13....the inbound calls are routed to an attendant group

Try next - on attendant set create programmed key - "Call presentation" with meaning "Common Hold".

Key 13 is already setup as a Call Presentation key with meaning Common Hold.

If you push key 13 with someone on the line it does nothing. Once you push the softkey OnHold...it moves that call to Key 13....
