4059 Attendant "Abort" button

Any one ever run into this error message if the 4059 is Idle for a long time?

Do you have some more information about this one? S/W versions etc. I have not seen this one for a while

So after struggling with this for a couple months opened a TAC case and they found that the BLF portion was hung on the PCX. he ran a command that they would not tell me what options were used. It is working now for 2 weeks
