Auto attendant will interrupt during voice conversation

Hi Forks, here is another puzzle to solve. there is two site A and B, Site A with Panasonic TD 500 2 E1 card and Site B OXE with remote shelf S rack the contain E1 the run QSIG at site A trunk with Panasonic. Two site like via fiber to building with layer 2 switch.

The main number come from site A Panasonic E1 and trunk to OXE E1 to Site B. The AA run on site A and periodically the long conversation on call in progress at site B will hear the AA announce as you were just call. The AA is some local product that I would not know how to tune. :?:

My question would be where should I start to look for the issue. I did a T3 trace ,but not a lot experience to understand the message. :?: I am posting here the hope at least a lesson learn for other who experience same issue.

I will try again tonight. Since the new release of the board I installed, I had nothing but troubles with the attachment mod. I'll let you know.. Frank
