4039 change from QWERTZ to QWERTY

Hi
Does anyone know if it is possible to reconfigure Alcatel 4039 German version with QWERTZ keyboard layout to English QWERTY ?
we need 40 units but can currently only source them with the QWERTZ layout

The keyboards are not interchangeable. I believe they used to be available on ACTIS before the product was phased out.
