OXE Vms forwarding

Post by Blooms »

Hello guys,

I have a quick question. I’ve set up a 4645 voicemail system using the integrated OXE service, and I configured the automatic call forwarding to voicemail on no answer through the COS on the extensions. It works fine for internal calls, but not for external ones. What did I forget to make it work for external calls as well?

Thanks for your time :)

Sorry, I'm not sure I fully understand the compatibility part.
I checked the trunk COS, which is 16, and the connection COS is 0 — for my trunk group, which is a T2.

What exactly should I be looking at in the VM PNC?

Thanks again.
