SNMP Set Command to SROS Router Fails – resourceUnavailable Error (This is likely an out-of-memory failure within the )

Post by omur198 »

Hi all,

I'm currently working in an EVE-NG environment and trying to send an SNMP set command from a Linux machine to an SROS router. While SNMP walk commands work perfectly—I’m able to retrieve information from the router without any issues—the set command fails with the following error:

Reason: resourceUnavailable
This is likely an out-of-memory failure within the agent.

The SNMP admin profile on the router has full access (read, write, and notify), so permissions don’t appear to be the issue.

Has anyone encountered this error before or have any ideas on what might be causing it? I'd really appreciate any help or pointers for troubleshooting this.

Thanks!
