Two Trunks on one OXO Connect

Post by maximilian »

Hello everyone,
I want use two different Trunks on one OXO Connect R6.2. The first one is an ISDN trunk with DID. The second one should be a sip trunk with DID. In the installation number fields there is only space for one trunk number. For example the numbers of the trunk:

First trunk +49 89 7007 0-9999
Second trunk +49 89 800787 0-9999

How I now can configure the inbound calling. And how I can configure the outbound calling with ARS. The destination of the system is Germany. I come from the Siemens/Unify OpenScape 4000 and the OpenScape Business Systems. There I can configure in every trunk a direction with the entry’s main number, local area code and something else. But in Alcatel System I have only this for the complete system.

What I want:
-Extension 1000 to 9000 can be called from both trunks with the DID from external 1000 to 9000
-By pressing 0 it should be routed over the first trunk
-By pressing 5 it should be routed over the second trunk

Please excuse these stupid questions, but even after reading the expert documentation etc. I don't understand it. I would be happy if someone can help. If anyone needs help with a Unify system, please feel free to contact me.

Thank you
