It's been a long battle, but we moved again our server to another cloud service, protecting ourselves from (sadly) Chinese IP Addresses, which would bring down AlcatelUnleashed. Hopefully, this is now under control. Feel free to contact us through the CONTACT US link at the bottom of this page if you have any question. Happy browsing!

Cross-Site Call

Post by strider8 »

Hi,

We have two PABX setup with our company in two different location. In one of our location, we have transferred to new OXE server (to facilitate xBS). We have backup and restore the database from the old OXE to new OXE server. Now we have an issue when calling the other site, the call is not authorize (feature rejected). Can help me where to look or have some settings to change? I am new in the PABX.

Thanks.

wrong way man !X-D
transfert of featureS from a system to another one should be performed by ALE/actis to generate the ops for the destination system .

We have backup and restore the database from the old OXE to new OXE server: with same release ? we different release(depends on the path of migration) a dbase translation is needed

Thank you for your quick reply! :) Our vendor did the moved to the new server. If we cannot rollback to the old OXE, is there a settings to check for re-configure?

Your vendor should run traces and they will be able to find out why the feature is rejected.
