Bad extension and Video-conference

HI, I have two problems in the OXO. I need to delete the extension XX-XXX-XX S0 Basic Access and the Multi-UA interface. This appears in the basestations list and I tried to delete but is not possible.

Someone already configurated video-conference in the OXO. Is not dialling but receiving normally

Change the type of terminal of Multi-UA to UA Access. You couldn't delete ports, you can only modify type of Access.
