Alcatel OS6360 & 6560 show anonymous UNP users

Hello everyone,

When authenticating devices via TEAP on the Alcatel switch OS6360-PH24, we do not see the correct username. When issuing a "show unp users" command, these devices display "anonymous" as the username (see attachment). However, the RADIUS server (ClearPass) does show the correct username. On older Alcatel switches (6450 & 6350), we do see the usernames correctly.

Anyone any idea where the problem could be related ?

It would look better if usernames were shown. also it would help for troubleshooting.

Maybe the reason is TEAP. With PEAP or tls it shows the correct username. If you already use the actual firmware than you should open a ticket at ALE.
