problems saving settings

Post by fluciano »

Good day
I am starting with omniswitch, I would appreciate it if you could help me with the following error.
I am having problems saving the configuration changes on the switch with the write memory command, it sends me the following error

-> write memory
ERROR: Write memory is not permitted when switch is running in certified mode

Searching this forum, I found that I tried the following command, however it sent me the following error

-> write memory flash-synchro
ERROR: Write memory is not permitted when switch is running in certified mode

-> copy working certified flash-syncro
ERROR: Write memory is not permitted when switch is running in certified mode

When checking the show running-directory command, it has a status of not synchronized
Do you have any possible solutions or suggestions?

CONFIGURATION STATUS
Running CMM : PRIMARY,
CMM Mode : MONO CMM,
Current CMM Slot : 1,
Running configuration : CERTIFIED,
Certify/Restore Status : CERTIFY NEEDED
SYNCHRONIZATION STATUS
Running Configuration : NOT SYNCHRONIZED

"copy certified working" fixes it.

thank you so much
I ran the certified copy command working, the process completed correctly but when I tried to save normally it sent me the following error

-> copy certified working
Setting RESTORE Timeout for 800 seconds
from /flash/certified to /flash/working
Copying boot.cfg....................completed
RESTORE process completed successfully

-> write memory
File /flash/working/boot.cfg replaced.
This file may be overwritten if "takeover" is executed before "certify"
