OTMS 2.6.1
When my users go to https://xxx/MyMessaging , the web based voicemail displays "No element" while user have voicemails.
Anyone know the work around on this one?

Check tomcat and chameleon services.
Certificates are ok?
You can also try to restart the iced in out of working hours.
If does not solve, better take some logs, using dla tool.

Tomcat and chameleon are ok.
All services are up and running.
I rebooted the server, same issue.
I m thinking I need to take logs now and open a ticket...

Fixed the issue with upgrade from MD1 to MD5...
