In the syslog it is complaining re dhcp lease no free addresses which is strange, the linux looks fine.
Have you tried just the base instead of the full version ?

Yes, tried base installation but had same issue.

after installing the static release from that make the necessary change for machine name (netadmin-m)and reboot
swinst and check and install the patch and delivries
cuze i got same message at pc installer with cpu 6 but was surprised that linux + swinst + tel were good and i continued the with patches installations as usual . system is runing now and with no errors or incident
