Entity 2nd Day Routing issue

Hi All

I hope somebody can help to resolve the issue for me.
In our OXE configuration, there is an Entity31 which would like to route the call to Ext.27 first and route to Attendant Group A5000 when no answer of Ext.27. The configuration is like below, also I have set the [Entity Incoming State Hours] for day/night .

The issue is that the call is not able to route to A5000 when no answer of Ext.27, but internal call is able to route to A5000 by dial prefix A5810(Entity/CRG Call). I am afraid that there is some special setting I have set in other parameter. Can anybody give me some advise about the issue?

Check public network COS for Ext.27 (and initial called Nb) - item - Incoming DID overflow on waiting and Incoming DID overflow on no answer.
May be forbidden overflow for external calls?

Thank you very much for your comment.
I just tried to enabled the below COS options, but the issue was still there. Very strange it will overflow to another Ext.21 but not Attendant group.

DID Overflow on Waiting
DID Overflow On Total Busy

Attendant group state? grpopestat
CDT of attendant group? F.e. - if you call from outside attendat group A5000 - you have no problem?

Thank you for your reply.
No, Attendant group setting is fine.

After confirmed with eSR, they asked us to change below value, then the call can route to 2nd Day Routing. It seems the entity has some special setting in system level.
1. Cancel the "Associated Set No." of user
2. Change the "Overflow Timer on No Answer :" to 300 (Trunk COS 19)

Anyhow, still thank you for your help.
