GD3 Not able to download binmgr3 binary file from CS3

Hello All ,
Appreciate your support to resolve this issue
Large Rack with GD3 on slot 0 and CS-3 on slot 8 , CS-3 is working fine and GD MAC address is configured in the ethernet parameters , i can ping between CS and GD (Connectivity is ok ) .
GD continues to boot normally and then end up with the error
Download binary binmgr3 failed with three retries and then GD continues to reboot.
Lanpbxbuild is configured automatic mode .

Any idea to solve this problem please ?

This is new installation (and first start)? Or old one (and something broken).

The error says , "File not found on server or bad transfer or file corrupted" , i got a second CS that was configured on twin basis , still getting the same error.

I checked and the binmgr3 file is there , how ever if there is a way to replace this file (if that's agood option) , please explain to me

Ok may be someone can correct me : we can use pc installer as bin downloading server for int ip and gd right?
so if you judge that file is corrupted and no problem from network blocking transfert, you can find it in your OXE R.x version ISO (cdrom), just ftp (or scp) to oxe ,remove or rename the old one and put the new bin file with same rights.
which version, like this may be someone can handle it to you.

May be some problem with ftp access/credential.
Check - can you retrieve some files (f.e. accounts) via ftp with adfexc account from your PC.

Thank you , i don't have the OXE file , i'm not sure wheather i can have it on the in active software part on the hard disk..will check

i did that , create a folder in my pc and through ftp i logged to the CS and transferred binmg3 to my PC and verified the file is transferred

Run a tcpdump on the main cpu , and look at the transfer error.
Did you try to put a direct x-over cable between the 2?
