OmniVista 8770 "Error Message" to access User

Hi All,
I tried to edit Users in User tap of Omivista and cannot find the information of Users right side of plane. Error messages are as follows:
""""Retrieve user entries 'Uid=143 6th xdeck cabin,o=xxxxx,o=directoryRoot' error: Unrecognized SSL message, plaintext connection?"""""
Kindly advise me about this issue. Thank in advance.
