Can't make softphone calls from rainbow

Hello,

I have OXO Compact and Frontend Web RTC in OCE.
They are registered in Rainbow and Cloud Connect and SIP Web RTC Gateway appears "Alive" but I can't make softphone calls from Rainbow.
Web RTC Frontend has configured by Rainbow companie.

Members of my companie have phone and secondary phone is any device with "Nomadic rights"

Do you have any idea where the problem could come from?

The company phone must be twined with the nomadic phone
