This is a network design issue. What is connected on Port 1/1/9 and what's the port/spantree configuration there?

Port 1/1/9 is the uplink..Vlan 100 as untagged and rest of the VLAN as tagged. I do have OS6350 switch on the network. Where I dont have this type of issues..

Something on the uplink is causing this. Consider configuring spanning tree with correct priorities on all connected devices.

What is the stp-mode at the other switches (f.e. 6350): flat or 1x1
All switches need to have the same mode - your 6360 has flat.

I have installed many other model switches on network without any issues on this model has the problem.

This is my core switch Spanning Tree config
----------------------------------------
show spantree mode
Spanning Tree Global Parameters
Current Running Mode : 1x1,
Current Protocol : N/A (Per VLAN),
Path Cost Mode : AUTO,
Auto Vlan Containment : N/A
Cisco PVST+ mode : Disabled
Vlan Consistency check: Disabled

The mode differs, change the configuration to the correct mode.

this f.e. is AOS R6 - your 6360 is AOS R8. Are you realy sure about the same STP-mode? In R8 you need to disable auto-fabric.

By default switch is on flat mode. My network is on per-vlan
the changes must be globally. Hence I followed below command

-> show spantree mode
Spanning Tree Global Parameters
Current Running Mode : Flat,
Current Protocol : RSTP,
Path Cost Mode : AUTO,
Auto Vlan Containment : Disabled

auto-fabric admin-state disable

Save Configuration:-
show spantree mode
Spanning Tree Global Parameters
Current Running Mode : Per VLAN,
Current Protocol : N/A (Per VLAN),
Path Cost Mode : AUTO,
Auto Vlan Containment : N/A
Cisco PVST+ mode : Disabled
Vlan Consistency check: Disabled

This solved the issue
