cant access OS6450 via consola

Hello everyone
I’m trying to configure as first time appliance OS6450 –p24

Throw consola (Putty serial COM3) It loops with message:
FRI DEC 31 05:15:21 : REMOTE_CONFIG (125) info message:
+++ Starting the DHCP Client on vlan 1
FRI DEC 31 05:15:21 : REMOTE_CONFIG (125) error message:
+++ DHCP Response for vlan 1 not received in 30s.

FRI DEC 31 05:15:21 : REMOTE_CONFIG (125) info message:
+++ Starting the DHCP Client on vlan 127
FRI DEC 31 05:15:21 : REMOTE_CONFIG (125) info message:
+++ DHCP Response for vlan 127 not received in 30s.

the appliance has been turned on 24 hours then still showing the same message.

the appliance does not have any ip configured: so I can’t acces by any method (FTP, HTTP, ping, Telnet)

any idea, what I need to do?

While booting, the switch will ask you if you wish to abort auto configuration. If this is not the case, update the firmware.

Even with this message loop, it is still possible to access console and configure the switch. Some firmwares abort auto configuration upon console login, some will keep trying. Get the latest firmware and you can abort upon boot.
