Cent.Serv is greyed out

Dear all,

I need your help on how to enable this button Cent.Serv
I am configuring the OTCV which I have 4 licenses.

I was able to do this before, but later on, I deleted all the My IC Number/SIP Companion/Virtual Nomadic subscribers that I have created.
Now I want to config again, but this time the button Cent.Serv is greyed out, I could not get inside to enable the Nomadic Right for My IC Mobile.

I have searched on this matter a week on GG but no luck.

Any help is appreciated. Thanks in advance!

I asked even our supplier technician and they don't know about this. Is there any help from Alcatel's Technician?
