Hi, everyone.
I have an Alcatel-Lucent 8008Deskphone. I changed the IP address of the device and lose connectivity.
I tried to change back the IP throught the phisical keyboard, but is ask for a password.
Do you know any option to do a factory reset of the terminal, or a password recovery method?
I have read that pressing * and # during the boot of the phone is an option, but it ask for a password too. So I'm in a loop there.
The device has the 1.20.50 software version.

there is other way to do reset factory without admin password, just restart the phone and press keys , 1,3,7,9 at the same time in step 1.
and then input *46*46*253* this feature works only on SIP version R530 and above.

I have the same problem.
I lost the password and tried to do the full scan in the way you mentioned( 1,3,7,9 at the same time in step 1)
, but it didn't work with the phone
