Unable to retrieve SAA snapshot.

When I use the "show configuration snapshot" command on the device, the following error message occurs.

Tue Oct 12 16:18:59 : ConfigManager SNAP warning message:
+++ Snapshot failed for SAA (136/0)
+++ Snapshot failed. (error = -5)
ERROR: Unable to retrieve SAA snapshot.

Can I get a guide on the cause and how to fix it?

This isn't normal behavior. If possible try an update to the newest release, at least an reboot. If this doesn't help you need to open a ticket at ALE.
